Gigli Semolina Pasta (400g)
Pronounced "Jee-lyeh" which means "Lillies" in Italian. Also known as Campanelle (little bells) or Trompetti (trumpets), this twisting flower shape blooms open inviting sauce to fall within its frilled and ruffled layers.
